Advanced Data Analytics Manager- CX

About the role

The Advanced Data Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-driven solutions to complex customer experience (CX) challenges. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, this role leads a team of analysts in developing and implementing advanced analytics strategies.

Responsibilities

• Formulate frameworks and roadmaps to solve complex business/product problems in partnership with various data functions.
• Expertly apply advanced analytics methods such as data profiling and modeling to deliver deep insights and recommendations for CX improvements.
• Translate business and technical dimensions, coach analysts, and ensure work deliverables enhance enterprise and client outcomes.
• Communicate analytics perspectives clearly to senior leadership, delivering impactful presentations on CX challenges and solutions.
• Manage stakeholders across a matrixed organization, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of analytics initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize ongoing needs to optimize analytics workflows and free up bandwidth for high-value projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years related work experience in Analytics and Data Science.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS.
• Proven track record of leading teams from hands-on analytics to people leadership.
• Experience in building and presenting executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in data profiling and modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expert stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build and deliver analytics roadmaps and OKRs.
• Foresight and planning skills to anticipate and address ongoing needs proactively.

Skills

• Experience in experimentation.
• Digital/Web analytics background.
• Adobe data tagging/capture knowledge.
