About the role

The Atria Institute seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Women's Health to join a dynamic team in New York City. The role involves providing comprehensive care, collaborating on preventive visits, and occasionally handling urgent care needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Women's Health to provide comprehensive care in the institute and in the home
• Work collaboratively for preventive visits and independently with supervision for urgent visits
• In conjunction with our Women's Health Physician available by phone, take "call" from home on weekends, holidays, and after hours for in-person care as required
• Occasionally cover adult medicine patients, such as doing routine vaccinations, peripheral IVs, or phlebotomy during a visit

Requirements

• Current NYS License required as NP for Women's health, or current NYS Licensed PA
• 2+ years' experience as NP/PA in Women's Health
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Fluency with primary care guidelines and a love of learning
