Responsibilities

• Process and resolve insurance claims accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with clinics to research and resolve claim issues
• Analyze data to identify patterns, ensure accuracy, and improve outcomes
• Help onboard new client accounts
• Support and train teammates as our team continues to grow

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Solid work history showing dependability and initiative
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A quick-learning mindset with enthusiasm for mastering new systems
• A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
