Responsibilities
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Workforce Planning, partnering with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to define and drive workforce planning initiatives.
- Establishes enterprise workforce planning frameworks, leads complex scenario modeling, and shapes workforce decision-making across field and corporate populations.
