Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative responsibilities and clerical duties, including data gathering, input, review, and analysis, handling phone calls, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain the department’s office calendar to manage work flow and meetings, monitor and assist with website maintenance, create and modify documents using software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, coordinate meetings and conferences, make travel arrangements, and deal with internal and external customers.
- Coordinate with Records Coordinator to generate, use, file, and retain records in compliance with the MPL Records Management program.
- Assist with backfilling duties for other Administrative Assistants as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Familiarity with PC-based software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and SAP.
- Knowledge and experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license is required due to travel requirements up to 5%.
Qualifications
- Experience with records management in compliance with company policy.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools.
