Adult SUD Therapist - IOT Group Facilitator

About the role

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated therapist to join their Substance Use Disorder (SUD) team in Greencastle, Indiana within Putnam County.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy with adults ages 18 years and older who struggle with ongoing substance use
• Facilitate Intensive Outpatient (IOT) group therapy in a supportive, recovery focused environment
• Collaborate with community referral resources
• Complete ongoing clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Complete same day documentation of services provided
• Participate in interdisciplinary Team Staffing with Psychiatrists/APRN's and HSPP
• Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing clinical trainings

Requirements

• Must possess a Master's degree in Addictions, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy and have either an associate license or be fully licensed in Indiana
• Possess experience leading groups or be passionate about SUD and willing to learn to lead groups

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in SUD treatment
