About the Role

Responsible for providing additional support to the staff and leadership within the program. This individual assists in training new staff and in supporting the implementation of trauma-informed principles and practices, including staff debriefing. This position is responsible for assisting leadership in monitoring staff morale and in implementing necessary trainings, meetings, and practices within the program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-4 years' experience in a residential setting, including MH-IDD experience
• Must be an agency driver or become one within 90 days of hire
