Adult Residential Director

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Adult Residential Director to join our dedicated team at Berkshire Meadows. Our program provides services within a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting for children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, including substantial cognitive, physical, and medical disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members
• Provide care and treatment of our youth
• Ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis
• Provide on-call coverage
• Lead residential meetings and trainings
• Run residential shifts when needed

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required
• On-call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime
• Maintain a valid driver’s license due to transporting students

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $77,000 per year. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
