About the Role
Adult Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. This role offers 100% outpatient clinical work with flexibility for telemedicine and in-person care. You will have the option to provide both psychotherapy and/or medication management.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy for adult patients.
- Collaborate with mid-level providers (optional, with additional compensation).
Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
- Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Psychiatry.
- Unencumbered DEA license.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Pay
Full-time income ranges from $360,000 to $400,000 plus supervision income, with a compensation model based on productivity. Unlimited/uncapped earnings potential with additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers.
