About the role

This role will oversee outpatient psychiatric services in a hybrid practice environment, with a focus on strong operational leadership and high-quality patient care. The position is responsible for driving day-to-day efficiency, supporting clinical and administrative teams, and helping ensure the practice runs smoothly and in compliance with healthcare requirements. It will also play a key role in financial oversight, team culture, and strategic improvements that support growth and service excellence. Responsibilities

Pay

$360,000 – $400,000 annually
