Adult Psychiatrist - Hybrid Schedule

About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: San Bernardino, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $376,000 – $423,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer medication management and therapy
• Collaborate with mid-level practitioners on patient care
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in medication management
• Experience in therapy for child and adolescent populations
