Adult Psychiatrist - Hybrid Schedule

About the role

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Child Psychiatrists in the Poway area. We are a rapidly growing behavioral health practice group dedicated to improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to children and adolescents
• Collaborate with mid-level providers for additional compensation
• Participate in a collegial work environment with strong administrative support
• Utilize latest digital technology and maintain a strong work/life balance

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in one or more US states
• Must have a BE/BC certification in Psychiatry
• Must be unencumbered by DEA
• Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completed residency training in Psychiatry
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Competitive compensation: $376,000 - $423,000, based on productivity
