About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Child Psychiatrists in the Poway area.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Collaborate with mid-level providers for additional compensation.
- Participate in a collegial work environment with strong work/life balance.
- Utilize latest digital technology in clinical practice.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in one or more US states.
- Must have a Board Certification in Psychiatry (BE/BC).
- Must be unencumbered by the DEA.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Completed residency training in Psychiatry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital health tools and platforms.
