Adult Physical Therapist PRN, Norton Neurosciences and Spine Rehabilitation Center, As Needed

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for all age groups: neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years).
• Maintain documentation on patient treatments.
• Evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment based on findings.
• Address educational needs for patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Manage patient care assignments and organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations.
• Act in a clinical leadership role.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapist license in Kentucky (KY).
• One year of physical therapy experience in a clinical setting (desired).
