Adult OCD Group Therapist

About the role

Seeking a Group Therapist to facilitate group-based programming for patients with complex anxiety and OCD, primarily using modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence-based group sessions
• Conduct assessments
• Provide individual and exposure therapies
• Develop program materials
• Coordinate care with outside providers
• Communicate with patients' support systems
• Document progress
• Attend specialized training

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of post‑master’s exposure therapy experience (preferred)
• Licenses or certifications such as PhD, PsyD, LCPC, LCSW, LSW, LPC (preferred)
• Proficiency in CBT and DBT modalities
• Passion for delivering dynamic, informative group therapy
• Dedicated to providing exceptional care, collaborative, culturally humble, passionate about continuous improvement, and committed to patient‑centered service
