About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to the specific requirements of the department and aligned with the scope and standards of practice for your state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while supporting the organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient condition during admission and each shift as scheduled or needed, identifying and reporting changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers.
  • Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating patient needs proactively.
  • Manage the quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes and supports recovery.
  • Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to manage the continuation of care for specialized patient groups.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • No prior experience required.
  • No travel required.
