Adult Focused Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities

Begin with a part time schedule of 15 hours, with the potential to expand to 32-40 hours, depending on your preferences.

Provide individualized therapy to adults with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.

Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families.

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.
  • Colorado State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Washington State SLP License.
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of clinical experience.
  • Certifications in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.
  • Trained in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) (Vital stim/amp care).
  • Familiarity with high-quality AAC intervention strategies.
  • Experience across a diverse range of clinical presentations.
  • Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, or board certifications in neurogenic communication disorders, voice, or swallowing.
