Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• Minimum of an associate's degree
• 3–5 years of experience with applied mathematics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain the why behind the how
• Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, actionable steps for learners with varying levels of "math anxiety"

Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience working with pre-apprenticeship or workforce development programs
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and technical drawing
• Strong patience and a passion for helping students succeed in hands-on careers
