Student Advocate & Adult Education Instructor
Become a part of our dynamic team at YEP! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Student Advocate & Adult Education Instructor position.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic support and guidance to students
- Facilitate adult education classes
- Mentor and inspire students to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement educational programs
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with youth and adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passion for empowering young people and adults
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong teaching and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs

Pay
- Salary range: $X - $Y per hour
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Part-time: Various shifts available
