Responsibilities
- Ensure licensing standards are implemented and maintained daily in all aspects of program operation
- Oversee patient supervision and safety
- Aid in patient outreach and recruitment efforts, including the intake process
- Supervise personnel
Requirements
- Clear, active Florida LPN license or RN license
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a clinical setting (or psychiatric/crisis intervention background)
- Supervisory experience
- Must pass a Florida Care Provider Background Screening.
- Hospitality for Alzheimer's Disease and Other Conditions Resulting in Dementia
Skills
- Excellent clinical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and still maintain flexibility
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suite products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
