Adult Community Medical Homes Nurses

About the role

As a STAFF NURSE at KenCrest, you will oversee daily care for medically fragile adults with profound intellectual disabilities, including medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, personal care, and provide companionship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily care routines for residents
• Accompany residents to medical appointments
• Engage in community outings
• Provide quiet moments on the patio

Requirements

• Valid RN/LPN License in the state of PA (Compact licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of tracheostomy and ventilator management experience (preferred)
• Valid and current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years' of driving experience required)
• Dedicated team including a nurse manager, primary nurse, direct support staff, and 24/7 doctor on call

Qualifications

• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Criminal record and background checks in accordance with state requirements
