Adult Community Medical Homes Nurses
About the role
As a STAFF NURSE at KenCrest, you will oversee daily care for medically fragile adults with profound intellectual disabilities, including medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, personal care, and provide companionship.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily care routines for residents
- Accompany residents to medical appointments
- Engage in community outings
- Provide quiet moments on the patio
Requirements
- Valid RN/LPN License in the state of PA (Compact licenses accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of tracheostomy and ventilator management experience (preferred)
- Valid and current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years' of driving experience required)
- Dedicated team including a nurse manager, primary nurse, direct support staff, and 24/7 doctor on call
Qualifications
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Criminal record and background checks in accordance with state requirements
