About the role
The Andrews Center is seeking an Adult Case Manager to provide support and guidance to adults facing mental health and substance use challenges. This role involves working one-on-one and in small groups to help clients achieve their recovery and life goals.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one and in small groups to support recovery and life goals
- Connect individuals to community resources, housing, and employment supports
- Encourage hope, responsibility, and self-advocacy through education and empowerment
- Collaborate with a network of service providers to coordinate care
- Help clients strengthen daily living skills and improve their quality of life
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field is required and must accompany the application. Prior experience in mental health or substance use services is preferred.
