AdTech Lawyer
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements.
- Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
- Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space
- Proven privacy experience
- Proven data licensing experience
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Active bar license in the state where you reside
Preferred Skills
- Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing
- Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders
- Able to manage 24-48 hour contract turnarounds
- Able to work PST hours
Pay
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
