ADSIS Paraprofessional
Job Summary
The paraprofessional will support general education students with academic, social, behavioral, and functional needs by implementing interventions with high levels of fidelity. The paraprofessional will work in collaboration with mainstream classroom teachers and under the direction of the Assistant Principal and building SST team. The paraprofessional will also utilize their skills daily for the purposes of data collection and communication to support the needs of students.
Position Details
Location: Delano Intermediate School
Hours: 7:50am - 2:50pm (6.5 hours/day on student contact days), 30 minute unpaid lunch. Specific start/end times may vary.
Anticipated Start Date: September 1, 2026
Pay & Benefits
Pay starts at $19.99 - $22.81/hour
Benefits include district contribution toward health insurance or $1.75/hr cash-in-lieu option, Dental available at your cost

Requirements
Associate Degree / equivalent or prior designation as a highly qualified paraprofessional
Necessary training is provided
Qualifications
Experience with behavior support, special education or people with disabilities is preferred
