Adorn Bar & Restaurant - Server Assistant- Temporary
About the Role
The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Adorn Bar & Restaurant team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role supports the dining experiences through efficient and professional service, assisting food servers and bartenders, and maintaining the bar and lounge areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up, and clearing of china, glass, and silver.
- Polish glassware and stock the bar and lounge with appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service.
- Organize and clean back-of-house areas, including dry goods and operating supplies.
- Support requisitions for supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively and flexibly to accept assignments that promote teamwork.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate various electronic systems.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Background in upscale dining, particularly in high-volume environments, is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility within the team.
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Schedule
