Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist
Average hourly rate is $20 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
About the role
As an Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among other things. Specialists will work together with families to create a safe, stable, flexible and comfortable environment for all the family members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field
- Previous experience in adoption services, adoption preservation, or related family support work is preferred (training provided for eager and committed candidates)
