Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist
About the role
Average hourly rate is $20 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field who are passionate about supporting children and families. Previous experience in adoption services, adoption preservation, or related family support work is preferred. However, if you are eager to learn and committed to making a difference, we will provide the training and support necessary for success.
Responsibilities
As an Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among other things. Specialists will work together with families to create a safe, stable, flexible and comfortable environment for all the family members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field
- Previous experience in adoption services, adoption preservation, or related family support work (preferred)
- Eagerness to learn and commitment to making a difference (training provided)

Pay
Average hourly rate is $20 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). Salary description: average hourly rate is $19.23.
