Adoption Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Adoption Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support healthcare customers through adoption, optimization, and ongoing success across the implementation lifecycle. The position is focused on helping clinician workflows operate more efficiently while improving utilization, training effectiveness, and post-go-live outcomes. You will partner closely with customers and internal teams to deliver practical guidance, measure adoption progress, and strengthen the overall user experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,224 – $136,784 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with customers and internal teams to support adoption and optimization initiatives Assess and validate clinician workflows to improve efficiency Develop and execute customer adoption plans and success metrics Deliver training sessions and post-go-live optimization reviews Monitor utilization trends and recommend best practices Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle Contribute to the improvement of training materials and adoption methodologies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, or 7+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma/GED Two years of customer-facing experience in healthcare consulting or adoption Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with speech recognition or clinician productivity solutions Knowledge of Canadian healthcare operations Benefits Programs supporting physical and financial well-being Competitive pay and benefits that are regularly benchmarked Comprehensive benefits suite available to employees in Canada Opportunity for additional compensation components, such as incentives Remote work flexibility with potential travel across Canada Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
