About the role
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the adoption matching process, ensuring that each child finds a loving family.
Responsibilities
- Screen and match potential adoptive families with children in foster care
- Conduct home studies and provide ongoing support to families throughout the adoption process
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to ensure successful adoptions
- Stay updated on legal requirements and best practices in adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adoption laws and regulations
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
