The ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) at LindenGrove Waukesha is responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and directing nursing service. They also control and evaluate nursing service to meet the total nursing needs of residents and maintain a high-quality service that aligns with the nursing home's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing service
• Control and evaluate nursing service to meet resident needs
• Supervise care and management of shifts
• Plan and participate in in-service training and orientation programs
• Care coordination and care planning program participation

Requirements

• Full-time position
• Occasional on-call responsibilities
• Occasional PM shifts
• Salaried with benefits
• $88k-105k salary range, based on experience
• RN license required
• $2,000 sign-on bonus!

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations
