About the role
Mainly outpatient focused, with some inpatient rounding. Heavy eating disorders volume. Minimal call volume. Opportunity to participate in lectures, grand rounds, research and quality improvement projects. Works closely with pediatric residents and serves as core residency faculty. Opportunity to earn a clinical faculty appointment with Baylor College of Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with other pediatric specialties - including pediatric gynecology, child psychiatry - as well as support services such as nutrition and social work.
Requirements
- BC/BE fellowship trained Adolescent Medicine Physician.
Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine.
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
