Adobe Workfront Fusion Consultant
About the role
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical design acumen and advisory expertise. You will be responsible for crafting smart, scalable integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion, working closely with stakeholders to transform complex business needs into automated solutions. Your role will involve guiding teams through best practices in consulting and solution design, ensuring smooth system operation, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing Fusion scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios that integrate with third-party systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Jira, Slack, Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable Fusion automations to reduce manual tasks and enhance data accuracy
- Collaborate with Workfront solution architects and consultants to define optimal Fusion-based solutions
- Identify and resolve issues in existing Fusion scenarios to ensure reliability and performance
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and technical discovery workshops
- Document integration logic, workflows, and technical specifications
- Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards in all integrations
- Support user training and onboarding for Fusion workflows
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for unit testing, system testing, and regression testing to ensure data integrity and handle errors
- Stay updated with Workfront releases and Fusion enhancements to continually refine your toolkit
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing technology implementation projects
- A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Workfront Fusion workflows and automations
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with APIs, JSON, REST, and data mapping principles
- A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing Workfront integrations across Adobe and third-party platforms
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience), or Associate degree with equivalent minimum 6 years work experience
- Bonus points for Adobe certifications or Fusion/Workfront credentials, experience with advanced Fusion scenario error handling and conditional logic, familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools, experience supporting marketing operations, creative workflows, or digital campaign execution, consulting background with client-facing implementation or support roles, strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
