Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Adobe Workfront solutions that support project and workflow needs.
  • Create and optimize workflows, templates, request queues, custom forms, and related platform settings.
  • Develop integrations with other systems, including using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards that provide useful insights for stakeholders.
  • Support system administration tasks such as user access, security settings, data governance, and platform health.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and improve adoption.
  • Document configurations, processes, and system updates to support long-term maintainability.
  • Take part in an in-person coding assessment as part of the interview process.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience building solutions in Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong background in workflows, forms, reporting, and system administration.
  • Experience with Workfront Fusion and related integration tools.
  • Ability to code and support technical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid onsite environment in Atlanta, with onsite presence required 3 to 4 days per week.
  • Experience supporting business process improvement and solution adoption.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AEM platform development.
  • Background with Adobe products or marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience in banking or financial services environments.
  • Familiarity with project management operations and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and train users on system processes.
