Adobe Experience Manager Developer

About the role

We are seeking an Adobe Experience Manager Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences on AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain components, templates, workflows, integrations, and front-end experiences using AEM’s modern stack.
• Ensure performance, content authoring experience, and long-term maintainability of projects.
• Work closely with editors and content authors to balance technical rigor with user needs.
• Ship meaningful AEM work in production, including developing Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and headless delivery patterns.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
• Provide strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Five or more years of AEM development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, and HTL.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture including author, publish, and Dispatcher tiers.
• Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or AEM 6.5.
• Experience building Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and headless delivery patterns.
• Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Adobe Certified AEM Developer credentials preferred.
• Experience with Edge Delivery Services and Franklin/HLX preferred.
• Experience integrating AEM with commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) preferred.
