About the role

The Technical Writer - AEM Guides / DITA will support a technical publications team focused on migrating, maintaining, and developing product documentation within AEM Guides. This role will play an important part in the team's transition from FrameMaker to a structured authoring environment using AEM Guides and DITA-based content management.

Responsibilities

• Migrate, maintain, and develop product documentation within AEM Guides.
• Support the transition from FrameMaker to a structured authoring environment using AEM Guides and DITA.
• Create and maintain complex technical documentation.
• Manage content structures, reusable topics, and publication workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with AEM.
• Experience working with structured documentation environments.
• Understanding of DITA/XML-based authoring concepts.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on documentation quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned deliverables.
