Admixture Tech
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
From posting:
Overview: POSITION: Admixture Technician / Pharmacy Tech LOCATION: Eastgate WEEKLY HOURS: 40
We have description: OHC is looking for experienced Admixture / Compounding Pharmacy Technician... etc. That's about the role.
We have "Why choose OHC?" benefits list.
We have Responsibilities list.
We have Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications) and Competencies.
We have Physical Demands and Work Environment (maybe not required sections). Not in list of allowed headings; we could possibly include under Qualifications? But we should only use allowed headings. Physical Demands and Work Environment could be omitted or maybe placed under Qualifications? Better to omit if not matching allowed headings. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we could also use other headings? Probably stick to those. We can include About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Competencies), Benefits. No Pay or Schedule specifics given (weekly hours 40 is schedule? Could be schedule but not explicit pay). We have weekly hours 40, that's schedule info. So we could include Schedule section with "40 hours per week". Pay not given, so omit.
Skills maybe not explicit; we could omit.
Requirements maybe same as Qualifications; but we have Qualifications heading. We'll use Qualifications.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive info: include location, weekly hours, description, benefits list, responsibilities list, qualifications list (minimum qualifications and competencies), maybe physical demands and work environment? Those are substantive but not in allowed headings; maybe we could incorporate them into Qualifications or About the role? But better to include them as separate sections? The instruction says use those headings e.g., but not strictly limited? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples; we could also use other headings if needed. However they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add Physical Demands and Work Environment as sections if needed, but they'd be thin? Might be okay. But to be safe, we could incorporate them into Qualifications or About the role as prose.
But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include them as paragraphs under Qualifications or About the role.
