• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics and scheduling areas for Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center.
• Manage to metrics and KPI's leveraging data and reports.
• Collaborate with clinical departments and leaders.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of Patient Access Services Experience
• Over 5 Years of Management Experience
• Supervisory Experience
• Call Center Experience
