8-hr shifts | PER-DIEM | AM Shift Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour We have a Per-Diem opening for an Admitting Clerk. What You'll Do: The Admitting Clerk is responsible for: Admitting patients by gathering and recording physician, patient, and payment responsibility informationVerify patient insurance and personal identification documentsEnsure registration forms are properly signedProviding hospital and hospital services information, and other duties as assigned Requirements Education & Experience: High school, GED, or equivalent requiredCollege degree preferredMust have at least 6 months experience in healthcare admitting and insurance verificationEffective oral communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to concentrate on task in high traffic areasTherapeutic Options™ training to be obtained prior to providing direct patient care without a preceptor Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve!
