About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to supervising nurse
• Administer prescribed medications as directed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Document patient care activities accurately

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about providing compassionate care

Skills

• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
