Admissions Specialist
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the job posting.
We have:
- Mission Statement (maybe not needed as heading? It's not one of the allowed headings. Could be part of About the role? The instructions: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The job title is Admissions Specialist. Not to repeat.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
Let's extract:
About the role: Could be the mission statement and job summary? The "Job Summary" paragraph describes role. Also the mission statement maybe part of About the role. We'll combine.
Responsibilities: Primary Job Duties list (bulleted). Also maybe other duties like support intake paperwork etc. We'll put under Responsibilities.
Requirements: Required Qualifications (high school diploma, 2-3 years experience, ability to pass MN DHS background study, must work 40 hrs on site). Also maybe "Ability and willingness to initiate outbound calls..." etc. Those are part of required qualifications.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (knowledge of Ritten, associate/bachelor degree, 4+ years experience, demonstrated success, computer literacy, working knowledge of SUD etc). Could be separate section Qualifications.
Skills: Knowledge & Skills section (list of skills). Could be under Skills.
Benefits: What We Offer section (free clinical supervision, Clinician AI, complimentary off-street parking, ongoing professional development, comprehensive benefits package, health coverage, retirement plan 401k with match, generous PTO, six company holidays and birthday off, loan forgiveness). Also maybe "Partners Behavioral Healthcare provides free clinical supervision..." etc.
Pay: Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour plus eligible for bonus incentives. Also later "The Pay Range For This Role Is 24 - 27 USD per hour(US)". We'll include Pay.
Schedule: Hours: 9:00a - 5:30p or 8:30a - 5:00p Monday through Friday occasional on call hours evenings and weekends. Also "Must be able to work 40 hours per week on site." So schedule info.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. At end there is "Partners Behavioral Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Also "An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties..." and "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." and "The above list reflects the general details...". Those are boilerplate; we should remove.
Also "Mission Statement Partners Behavioral Healthcare finds and restores..." maybe keep as part of About the role.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
