Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) - Chandler, AZ

About the role

Since 1934, Empire Beauty School has been educating future beauty professionals in the art of cosmetology. Located in Chandler, AZ, we are now seeking a high-energy Admissions Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with prospective students
• Conduct student interviews
• Review enrollment requirements
• Conduct school tours
• Present career opportunities to students
• Create, build, and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their cosmetology education
• Work three early days: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Work two late days: 11 AM - 7:30 PM
• Work two Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM

Requirements

• Aceess to a reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Career School diploma
• A Bachelor's degree preferred
• A motivated and goal-oriented individual with a true passion for guiding future professionals on their career paths
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment requiring multi-tasking responsibilities
• One to two years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in service sales, education enrollment, etc., a plus

Pay

The pay range is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Three early days: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Two late days: 11 AM - 7:30 PM
• Two Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM
