Responsibilities
- Manage patient admissions and registrations
- Handle inquiries related to patient admissions and registration processes
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in patient access or healthcare administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current certification in Patient Access preferred
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
