Responsibilities

  • Manage patient admissions and registrations
  • Handle inquiries related to patient admissions and registration processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in patient access or healthcare administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Current certification in Patient Access preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
