About the role
Support the admissions operations team by managing applications, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update applicant databases
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth application processes
- Process applications efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with applicants regarding their application status
- Handle inquiries from applicants and external partners
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics related to application data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of higher education admission processes is beneficial
