Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, text, and walk-ins.
- Conduct admissions interviews to assess student goals and determine program fit.
- Provide detailed information regarding training programs, schedules, tuition, financing options, and career opportunities.
- Build rapport with prospective students and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the admissions process.
- Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions.
- Guide applicants through enrollment paperwork and admissions requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the school's CRM system.
- Meet individual and team enrollment goals while maintaining compliance with all institutional and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Career Services to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, community outreach, and open houses as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, recruiting, customer service, consultative sales, or commensurate experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build trust and motivate prospective students.
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for recruiting events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in higher education admissions or career education is a bonus.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Student First, CampusVue or similar systems.
- Knowledge of workforce development or vocational education is a plus.
