About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Admissions Officer. Responsible for managing the admissions process, including evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and communicating with prospective students.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review applications from prospective students
- Conduct and facilitate interviews with applicants
- Communicate with applicants regarding their application status
- Manage and update applicant records in the university’s database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in admissions or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures
- Experience with online application systems
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
