Admissions Nurse (RN) - PRN

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Pre-Surgical Services, responsible for obtaining pre-admission information, coordinating testing such as labs, EKGs, and radiology, reviewing results with physicians, and communicating with patients before and after visits. Responsibilities: Gather and review patient history, physicals, and test results.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure readiness for surgery.Make pre- and post-visit calls to patients to provide support and information.Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.Minimum of 2 years of staff RN experience.Licensed RN in the practice state; BLS certification required.
