Admissions Nurse: LPN / RN - 12 hour shift, full-time
About The Role
Discharges / Admissions. Treatment & Wound Care when needed. Provide high‑quality nursing care in a senior living environment. Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
- Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
- Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
- Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Michigan RN license
