Alden Estates of Jefferson, a leading provider of short-term rehabilitation, transitional care, and post-acute services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Admissions Director to join our team in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
About the Role
As an Admissions Director, you will screen potential admissions from hospitals, homes, or other healthcare settings to our skilled nursing facility and ensure a smooth transition for our residents.
- Conduct tours of our facility, meet with families and potential residents, and host marketing/sales events
- Initiate insurance authorizations, verify benefits, and collect payments from residents and families
- Coordinate public aid applications and manage stays within each payor source, including Medicare
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and represent the facility to hospitals, senior communities, and insurance/payor sources
