Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire patient admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads, referral response times of less than 15 minutes, and achieving budgeted census and payer goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources in the community through regular engagement and a consistent touchpoint system.
- Focus on increasing market share through active brand curation and community marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the brand steward, maintaining and updating the nursing center’s website and managing social media engagement.
- Ensure positive online presence by soliciting customer reviews and striving to achieve a Google rating above 4.0, with a 15% improvement in current reviews.
- Lead efforts to improve interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring smooth transition-of-care processes with strong patient and family communication, and fostering a supportive team environment.
- Achieve a 50% or greater conversion ratio by improving the patient referral-to-admit process, tour-to-admit conversion, and strengthening the overall admissions strategy.
- Strive for a 10% improvement in referral conversion within the first 3 months and a 10% improvement in tour-to-admit ratio.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business needs, specifically incoming admissions.

Pay
Posted salary range: USD $50,000.00 – USD $55,000.00 per year.
