About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide referrals and support to potential residents and their families
• Manage the admissions process including insurance verification and census development
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
• Ensure compliance with all admission policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Previous Long Term Care experience required
• Previous experience as a Director of Admissions preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of admissions processes, insurance verification, and census development
